On 14th June 2007 ERT announced a collaboration agreement with Arup to assist in providing clients with turnkey manufacturing solutions for the PIM process. Arup has a range of skills including acoustics, construction, material development, sustainable product development, vehicle design and project management as well as an enviable track record in delivering major projects. Arup will provide the technical expertise and global reach to assist ERT in delivering projects on behalf of our clients.

ERT's Business model is to license PIM production and provide technical support in return for fees and royalties. This is attractive to organisations that understand the potential for the production, their specialist market places, the pressure to reduce waste and/or recycle and also know of the distribution and supply chain.
