Eco-sheet in use (November 2006)
Photographs taken at St David's 2 Project in Cardiff during November 2006 - the key points that emerged during trials - according to the carpenters doing the actual work - the eco-sheet could be cut, nailed, screwed, mitred, painted in exactly the same way as plywood but without the splinters, was better on curves and generally easier to handle too! The photographs below and on the second page demonstrate the versatility and potential of the product. The "natural" finish will be adequate in many circumstances but in other circumstances a painted finish will be equally appropriate. As always it is the prerogative of the client to set his/her finish requirements, hence the different colour trials in progress.
